By using this website or booking services with Briony Portable Toilets, you agree to the following terms.

Services

All rentals are subject to a written agreement outlining unit type, quantity, rental duration, servicing schedule, and pricing.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48+ hours before delivery incur no fee. Later cancellations may be subject to a delivery/restocking charge.

Damage

Customers are responsible for damage or misuse of rented equipment beyond normal wear.

Liability

Briony Portable Toilets is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to service delays caused by weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control.
